Shipping policy

We ship all orders free of charge for you with Fedex Express Premium Service worldwide. This includes the United States, European Union, Canada, and Australia. Orders are processed and dispatched Monday through Friday during Korean business hours (KST, UTC+9), excluding Asian public holidays. Please allow up to 1 Korean business day for processing and up to 2-3 business days for shipping. Pre-orders ship according to the restock timeline shown on the product page. Each package is insured and tracking is provided. Most orders arrive within 2-3 business days but sometimes there are carrier exceptions and circumstances involved such as holidays. Please note you are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Failing to do so, does not entitle a refund. Also, should you receive any customs charges, please forward the invoice to us and we will take care of it for you!
