Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items are eligible for return only if they remain in their original condition: unopened, unused, and in the original packaging, for sanitary reasons.
All returns are subject to a $250 device recertification fee, which will be deducted from your refund upon processing. This fee reflects the cost of international expedited shipping, customs, and import duties we cover on every order to ensure your device arrives quickly and without surprise charges at your door. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
Alternatively, you may choose to receive the full value of your order as store credit, with no recertification fee applied.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required. To start a return, visit our return portal. Items sent back without first submitting a return request through the portal will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and place a separate order for the new item once the return is accepted.
Address Errors
Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. While we process orders quickly, we cannot take responsibility for packages that don't arrive due to address errors. If you notice a mistake after ordering, contact us within 24 hours and we'll do our best to update it before shipment.
Free Products
Orders that include a free promotional item are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. If the paid item in your order is defective, a replacement can be provided for that item only.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, minus the $250 recertification fee. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was processed, contact us at i@artemismask.com.
