Mask is beeping for a long period or seems stuck.
It's possible you may have tripped the safety mechanism for the mask. In order to reset your mask, there is a small pin hole on the back of the mask. Use a small enough object to fit the pin hole to reset the mask. If this does not resolve this, please reach out and we will get you taken care of.
