Studies have shown they have been helpful in reducing fine lines and wrinkles, firm up the skin, boost collagen and elastin.
If your primary goal is anti-aging you will want to use the red setting almost exclusively. Keep in mind that NIR is automatically on when any of the red light settings are on.
A good baseline to start is 10 minutes per day on level 7 intensity. You can adjust from there should you feel the need to.
